These terms apply to your use of the ReturnRack platform provided by ReturnRack Ltd. Please read them carefully. For enterprise customers, terms are governed by a signed Master Services Agreement.
1. Service
ReturnRack provides a software-as-a-service returns management platform. Availability targets are described in your subscription plan and, where applicable, your MSA.
2. Fees
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are exclusive of VAT.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to violate any applicable law, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
4. Data
You retain ownership of your data. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate at the end of a billing period. On termination we will provide a data export and delete customer data within 30 days.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
