We started ReturnRack in 2021 after watching returns quietly consume the margins of the retailers we were working with. The tooling was either DIY spreadsheets or bloated enterprise suites priced out of reach.
Five years on we serve more than 450 UK retailers, we're headquartered in Leeds, and we're backed by leading UK SaaS investors. We remain, deliberately, a small, senior team.
